🇺🇸 🇮🇷 Iraq's prime minister has reportedly been told a US strike on Iran is coming in days. A senior US diplomat says it could happen this weekend, Trump laughed it off, and Britain's prime minister reportedly called him with concerns while leaders around him scramble to change his mind. Washington and Baghdad both warned Iraq's Iran backed militias to stay out, which may be wishful thinking: "And I think that's almost a guarantee that that's going to happen." Once they move, Iraq stops being a bystander. @WeTheBrandon

🇺🇸 AOC’s “tax the rich” campaign spent $47,000 on 45 upscale hotel stays since April... including $5,044 at a Memphis boutique with an animal themed rooftop bar To absolutely nobody’s surprise, the revolution travels four star. Every single stay was at a hotel ranked luxury, upscale or upper upscale, according to FEC filings, with roughly another $5,000 spent on limos and chauffeurs. A GOP candidate who fled Cuba with his parents had a name for it: “She’s a champagne communist.” To be fair, the bills covered her whole team, but $24 million of her haul came from donors giving under $200, so plenty of $20 checks are now paying for rooftop bars... 🇺🇸🇮🇷 Tucker wants to know how much the Iran war is REALLY costing Americans. The researcher and analyst Stephen Semler estimates the first 60 days alone cost the US a staggering $72 BILLION, including military operations, replacing expended munitions, damaged bases, and aid to Israel. And that's before the broader economic damage. Semler cites a Moody's analysis suggesting the average American household paid roughly $2,000 MORE because of war-driven inflation and higher fuel prices. He also accuses the Pentagon of withholding a complete accounting, claiming its publicly released figures leave out major expenses. Source: TCNetwork / Writer: Sol

🇮🇹 Football ultras TOOK OVER the streets of a northern Italian town after social media threats warned of Milan-style riots, and the people supposedly planning the chaos NEVER SHOWED UP. Following recent unrest in Milan, anonymous messages called for trouble in Lecco, near the famous city. Local football ultras responded by flooding the town square, ready to confront anyone who came looking for a fight. Funny how the rioters seem to show up only when there's nobody willing to stand up to them. Writer: Sol t.co/28aHjANc7l

🇮🇷🇺🇸 14 Russian military cargo planes reportedly landed in Tehran in the last 24 hours as Brent SPIKED to $117... and the window for a US strike before the midterms may close this weekend Washington has now pulled embassy families from seven countries, another anti ship launcher on Iran's coast reportedly went up tonight without CENTCOM saying a word, and the account tracking those hits says they're isolated strikes on imminent threats, not the opening of a new operation. Larry Johnson, former CIA, puts a clock on it: "I think he'll do it before Sunday. If he doesn't do it Sunday, then I don't think it will happen before the midterms." Larry says the Russian flights are supposedly bringing air defense in and flying diplomats out. He’s told Saudi royals, including MBS’s immediate relatives, are leaving on charters now priced 50% higher. Iran’s 31 regional commanders are cleared to fire at will, and they answered the last decapitation attempt within 90 minutes, which he expects to be quicker this time. If the weekend passes quiet, the next real date is November 4... and Oman is already shutting a US base. @NewSonof

🇺🇸🇮🇱 The US has poured a staggering $352 BILLION into Israel since its founding, and Tucker wants to know where all that taxpayer money is going. Researcher Stephen Semler explains that Israel receives $3.3 BILLION annually through a program that essentially lets it buy weapons using American taxpayer dollars. Tucker's reaction? “Why would we just send the money to Lockheed then?” And Semler challenges the argument that military aid creates American jobs. He points out that between 1985 and 2021, US arms industry employment fell from 3.1 MILLION to 1.1 MILLION, even as annual military spending increased by nearly $300 BILLION in inflation-adjusted terms. More military spending, TWO MILLION fewer defense industry jobs. Semler argues that weapons manufacturers are ultimately focused on PROFITS, while American taxpayers keep footing the bill. 🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 America’s top general can legally BYPASS Hegseth and tell Trump to call off the Iran strike... Colin Powell did it twice and won both times, and nobody expects Dan Caine to try Larry says Goldwater Nichols lets the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs walk past the Pentagon straight into the Oval Office, and Powell did it to Cheney during the 1992 LA riots, with the caveat that a president can still refuse the meeting. Col. Larry Wilkerson, Powell's former chief of staff, says the law is sitting there unused: "That's what Caine should do. If he really feels that this is a terrible decision and it should stop." He adds the chairman should bring Trump a way to wind it down without losing face, and he doubts the current one has the knowledge or the nerve. On the other side, Iran has handed 31 district commanders their own missiles and standing orders to fire without waiting for Tehran, with backups in separate locations, so even a strike that kills half of them leaves enough to wreck Haifa and the Tel Aviv complex. The cleanest off ramp runs through one general's office, and the door is closed.

🇺🇸 🇮🇷 Tucker explores why the Iran war is America’s LEAST POPULAR EVER Foreign policy analyst Stephen Semler: “It’s the most unpopular war since polling began… The Economist and YouGov polled Americans…13% points more people opposed the war than supported it. And over time it’s only gotten more unpopular.” “No New Wars” has been replaced by “war nobody wanted.” That's gonna leave a midterm mark... Source: @TCNetwork / Writer: Marie

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 US intelligence warns Iran has "substantially increased" plots to kill American officials abroad and some are in "advanced stages"... embassies in five countries are now being emptied The Director of National Intelligence reportedly put it in a one-page memo to Rubio and the CIA chief, saying the warning needs to reach more personnel than are currently cleared to see it. State followed by cutting staff in the UAE, Lebanon, Qatar and Jordan after ordering families out of Saudi Arabia Wednesday. The memo names no targets or countries. Trump's line at a recent Florida rally was "we may do another little Operation Epic Fury." Tehran's reply is apparently already in motion, aimed at the diplomats, and the one time this administration pulled embassy staff this fast was the week before February 28... 🇹🇼 TAIWAN IS GETTING HAMMERED by Typhoon Champi, with massive waves reaching up to 26 FEET along the island's eastern coast. At least one person has died, 94 were reported injured in an early count, and more than 77,000 households lost power, with nearly 20,000 still in the dark as of 2 PM. The storm has also forced nearly 1,000 flight cancellations and the evacuation of 1,286 people, while schools, offices, and transport services face major disruptions. Champi reached SUPER TYPHOON strength before weakening as it approached Taiwan, but the footage of enormous waves smashing into coastal infrastructure is absolutely terrifying. 🚨🇺🇸 $386 million against $158 million in the Texas Senate race, and the Democrat being outspent still leads by 6... the Republican money isn't buying what it used to In Florida, Byron Donalds spent $100 million and watched his favorability fall from 46 to 37, while David Jolly has led or tied in six of the last eight polls for governor, by Rick's count. Rick Wilson, Lincoln Project co founder who spent his career making attack ads, says the weapon has gone dull: "I don't know that money is doing what it used to do." His firm's data has the hard core MAGA base at 15 to 18% of Republicans, a growing share of the rest now call themselves non MAGA Republicans, and many plan to stay home. Rick's warning for the winners: if Democrats take Congress and keep a baseline war on Iran going to protect Israel, they get slaughtered in 2028. @TheRickWilson @wethebrandon

🇺🇸 Navy SEALs ride flooded mini subs through pitch darkness for up to 14 hours, and it’s as miserable as it sounds SEAL Delivery Vehicles fill with seawater the moment they leave the submarine, so the crew rides fully underwater the entire time, packed into a cramped tube and breathing through gear that leaves no bubbles behind. Your body keeps losing heat for hours, even in warm water, so a long ride feels like being stuck in a freezer full of seawater until the job is done. 🇺🇸 In 2024, @NickJFuentes warned Republicans against voting for Trump, he reiterated his reasoning by going down a laundry list of questionable activities by the administration: “This is exactly what I’ve been talking about, and I said it last week; it went viral. I specifically said last week this entire Trump administration is a crime scene. This is a systemic illness. It’s not like it’s isolated. It’s not like all the departments and agencies are basically good, but you’ve got one or two isolated cases of bad behavior. This is a systemic problem.” He brings up some very valid instances that should probably be investigated, but likely won’t be under this Justice Department, or Congress for that matter. 🇺🇸🇮🇷 Iraq’s prime minister is reportedly briefed on a US attack within days and Britain’s leader is on the phone to Trump... while Iran tells Reuters it has full access to the Gulf’s internet cables Baghdad has reportedly been told it’s coming, London is calling to raise concerns, and the people close to the decision say it’s already made. What’s left is whether anyone talks Trump out of it. Tehran’s answer is to widen the target list. Two Iranian security officials told Reuters the cables running to military bases, including covert ones, would be hit in ways built to block repairs: “There will be no more red lines.” Reuters notes under 1% of international bandwidth runs through Hormuz, so the Gulf eats that pain first, and it’s already eating the oil: Iran claims two supertankers were struck today and the UAE closed beaches over a slick, on the same day Washington insisted Gulf exports beat pre war levels. Israel is opening its own front, with Netanyahu closing Hebron after two soldiers were killed and ordering a full West Bank lockdown prepared, while Hezbollah shows signs of mobilizing and Ron Lauder tells Israelis “you’re losing everything because of stupidity.” Every leader in the chain is now on the phone with Trump, and the only question left is whether anyone gets through before the aircraft do. @WeTheBrandon

🚨🇺🇸 American Express is AXING 5% of its workforce, eliminating roughly 3,500 jobs to curb surging costs. CEO Steve Squeri defended the move, saying the job cuts were aimed at making the company “more agile" and it will speed up decision making. 🇺🇸🇮🇷🇮🇱 Pickaxe Mountain sits under roughly 900 feet of granite and dirt, so all six remaining bunker busters stacked down one hole wouldn't reach it... and the only way in is a raid every rehearsal turns into a suicide mission The president keeps naming the MOAB, but it bursts above ground, and the one time it was used in combat, in Afghanistan in 2017, the cave complex was still standing the next morning. Anthony Aguilar, retired Green Beret lieutenant colonel who watched that strike on the live drone feed, says nothing in the arsenal gets to Iran's uranium: "The only way that we could ever hope to defeat, not destroy, but to defeat in terms of getting in seizing enriched uranium from that area is to put boots on the ground." By his count the six bunker busters left can't do it, and the MOAB's real use is against power plants, bridges and water, which is where Iran's lights go out. He reads the Konarak and Sirik strikes as possible groundwork for a landing in Baloch country to stretch the IRGC, so if Washington restarts this war to crack Pickax, it is choosing between a bomb that can't and a raid that won't come home. @WeTheBrandon

🇺🇸 Investors vanished overnight and an ad agency walked away... and $10 memberships are all that's keeping an independent network alive. Cenk Uygur says a funding round for The Young Turks dried up the moment it started, and just days ago an agency dropped the network over claims it's antisemitic, which he calls cover for punishing its criticism of Israel: "That's why we keep telling everybody, TYTcom, because we're surviving on ten bucks at a time."
