🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran's chief negotiator cancels his trip to New Delhi before the BRICS forum opens Monday... citing "unforeseen circumstances" Ghalibaf is the speaker of parliament and the man who leads Iran’s talks with Washington. If anyone in Tehran had a good reason to be abroad this week, it was him. The forum runs Oct. 26-27 and Iran is sending a delegation without him. Nobody has explained why. Tehran expects to be bombed. The supreme leader hasn’t been seen in public since the strike that killed his father in February.
