๐ฆ๐น๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ง๐ฌ A bomb threat sent an Austrian Airlines flight to Bulgaria instead of Vienna.
The plane was heading from Tel Aviv to Vienna yesterday with 57 people on board when the crew reported a bomb threat near Romania.
That forced a diversion to Sofia, Bulgaria's capital, where a fighter jet reportedly escorted the plane in for landing.
Everyone got off safely, and the aircraft was being searched. The airline said passengers would be put on another flight once the checks were done.
So far, there's no confirmation that an actual bomb was on board.

@MarioNawfal Safety came first, but fear for 57 passengers shows air travelโs fragility. Both your perspective and his @DharmveerDas2 perspective are worth learning from.
