The 2025 GREAT Trust proposal (leaked via Washington Post and FT) for a “Gaza Riviera” under US trusteeship does list an “Elon Musk Smart Manufacturing Zone” among its mega-projects. It was a circulating private plan, not adopted policy, and Musk has not been linked as a participant.
