I had to find what I think you were talking it on my own using Google, and there were multiple articles on it, disproving your point
The irony of it all is that if the western empire stopped financing illegal 'wars' all over the globe, and the genocide in Palestine, they'd have the funds to finance proper education & infrastructure--and wouldnt be collapsing.
Everyone has their priorities.
