@whatdotcd thanks for this. unfortunately that iMac with the disc drive is running OS 10.3 lol
Will definitely put this on the kitchen mac mini and get local sharing set up in the next few weeks so she doesnβt have to physically be out there except to burn the cd

Still cosmically hilarious that tech threw so many fake outs (vr,metaverse, crypto, etc) that everyone is just trying to run for the exits at any sign of weakness.

@whatdotcd Itβs funny because the fear of things being fake/bubble/over-hyped is what ultimately pushes these things down historically.
Crypto/metaverse/etc didnβt fail on technical terms, they just failed to make people believe in it long term.
What if everything goes right?

@whatdotcd that's a great long term goal, but what would be in a minimal viable multiplayer app?

@whatdotcd HOLY SHIT I WAS THERE IN '03!! I am friends with Jesse Harris, and the swag was absurd. What a funny example, but omg if it really dropped like that. I think I got a George foreman grill, a pair of headphones, it was a ton of shit

Also we know how fallible the justice system is, at some point there'd be someone publicly executed that'll later be found to be innocent, and then things get crazy
