Wikipedia blocked new links to this service after evidence that its operators altered archived pages and used visitors’ browsers to launch a DDoS attack against another website. A site with that documented history is the source of his “receipt.” @X @Support: Protecting users is your job. If this risk remains unaddressed and users suffer harm as a result, you should be held accountable.
