At 5:05 PM, the TRE coordinator announced news about Zanin's decision: the voting would be extended by another 2 hours! General chaos. No one knew what to do. Coordination's decision: NO ONE ENTERS, NO ONE LEAVES! I and one other voter from my section remained, who, having voted last and been witnesses to the closing of operations, just like in the 1st Round, were prevented from leaving Colégio Marista São José, in Barra da Tijuca. At one point, a meeting was called for all the polling officials and other voting participants, in the school's internal courtyard, to announce a decision on what would be done. My section colleague and I approached. I started recording on video. - Filming is Prohibited! Shouted the "authority" - What do you mean? Why can't I record a decision that affects the voting operations I participated in as a witness?
