🇷🇺🇺🇦 Ukraine hit Voronezh with drones and missiles overnight, and a 25-story business center in the middle of the Russian city took a direct hit.
Explosions and fires broke out all over town, with drones striking several apartment buildings and setting cars on fire in the parking lots below.
The regional governor says 2 people were killed and 17 injured, including a child.
Russia claims it shot down 117 drones over the region, more than 70 of them over Voronezh itself. Residents say the air raid sirens never went off.
Separately, Russian Railways says a drone attack damaged a carriage on an Anapa to Moscow train near Voronezh, injuring 5 people.
Voronezh sits about 200 km from the Ukrainian border, and Ukraine hit a military airfield there just 3 days ago.
