That stockpile is now exhausted, and U.S. Central Command estimates the blockade has already deprived Tehran of at least $25 billion in oil revenue. Oil directly accounts for around 30% of Iran's government budget, with some estimates putting its total contribution, including indirect revenues, as high as 60%.
