And the operating system is still running: They capture language so words only mean what the movement needs them to mean. They sort people by group identity and treat the other side as the enemy, not someone to persuade. They run purity spirals where the most extreme enforcer wins. They elevate lived experience or the anointed voice over evidence. They demand the whole person (speech, associations, conscience) for the collective.
