🇫🇷 France’s borrowing costs SPIKED harder than almost any week in 36 years
The gap between French and German 10-year bonds widened by nearly 30 basis points this week and now sits around 170 points, the highest since the 2011 debt crisis.
Investors are dumping French debt while budget gridlock and street unrest continue.
France is now paying more to borrow than Italy did during THE WORST of the euro crisis.
When a core eurozone country hits these levels, the question now is how far the damage spreads.
