🇺🇸🇮🇷 Iran is preparing to attack UNDERSEA INTERNET CABLES if the U.S. and Israel RESTART THE WAR
That's according to senior Iranian security officials.
And the plan reportedly goes beyond simply cutting them.
Two officials said that Tehran has detailed plans to damage the cables and could deliberately BLOCK REPAIRS to keep the disruptions going.
Iran's Revolutionary Guard has already singled out SEVEN major cables beneath the Strait of Hormuz.
These connections support banking, cloud services, international communications and the Gulf's rapidly expanding AI industry.
But here's what's interesting.
Less than 1% of global internet bandwidth passes through Hormuz, meaning the rest of the world could largely route around the damage.
The GULF STATES wouldn't have it so easy.
Countries pouring billions into AI data centers and technology infrastructure could suddenly face serious disruptions.
And Iran has already demonstrated its willingness to target that infrastructure, with strikes damaging Amazon cloud facilities in March.
The apparent calculation is to make another war so expensive for America's Gulf partners and technology companies that they start putting pressure on Trump themselves.
Iran isn't just threatening oil shipments anymore, but the entire infrastructure behind the Gulf's digital economy.
