🇮🇱🇮🇷 Israel sent DOZENS of fighter jets right up to Iran’s border 2 days ago, then turned them around.
They flew 800+ miles through Syria and Iraq, refueling planes and all, on a route that looked a LOT like an actual strike on Iran.
Israel’s story? Just a training run to show its strength and keep Iran from trying anything before Israel’s elections.
But some U.S. officials got the feeling Israel was hoping Iran would shoot at the jets, giving it an excuse to hit back.
And this is after Netanyahu reportedly pitched Trump on a BIG new strike on Iran before both countries vote, and Trump eventually decided against it.
A “training flight” that looks like a strike, a week before Netanyahu faces voters, sure.
