🇮🇷🇮🇱 Israel just went on full alert after Iran reportedly fired 30 missiles in drills this week... and the America First camp is split on whether Trump should strike again or walk away
Matt Tardio sees the same buildup that preceded February 28 and says quitting now hands Iran the strait and a shot at pricing Gulf oil in yuan, so removing the regime is the only way forward.
Robert Barnes reads the Israeli alerts as pre-election noise from a prime minister who needs a scared public, says Trump has been advised not to restart the war before November 3, and figures a strike could cost Republicans as many as 58 House seats with no kinetic option that leaves the Gulf safer.
They discuss the JCPOA, over whether sanctioning Russian oil squeezes Moscow or enriches it, and over who would even run Iran the morning after.
This is the argument happening inside the White House right now, with the bombers warming up and two elections on the clock... and you get to hear both sides make their best case before Trump picks one.

@MarioNawfal The part that worries me is how easily talk of another strike turns into talk of regime change, destroying a government is one thing, knowing what replaces it is a completely different problem
