The tanker loaded at Egypt's Sidi Kerir, routed through Gibraltar because Hormuz is a war zone, and was hit in early August. Coast Guard and FBI cyber teams boarded in the Atlantic on Aug. 21 and spent four days aboard, and investigators determined the hackers reached the propulsion system.
