🇺🇸🇸🇦 The FAA is now warning American airlines that flying over Saudi Arabia could be dangerous at any altitude.
The warning follows Houthi strikes on Riyadh's international airport that killed 13 people and wounded more than 300.
The FAA is also concerned about interference with aircraft navigation systems, and Riyadh's airport remains closed.
What's particularly worrying is that Saudi Arabia's main international gateway is now facing the kind of aviation risks the kingdom has spent years trying to contain.
Delta is supposed to launch direct Atlanta-Riyadh flights on October 23. That decision just became considerably more complicated.
