🚨🇺🇸WHO IS SAM SHOEMATE, AND WHY DID THE CYBERTRUCK BOMBER REACH OUT TO HIM? Sam Shoemate, a retired soldier and the man behind the popular Instagram account "terminalcwo," is a well-known advocate for military veterans. With thousands of followers across platforms, Shoemate shares raw insights about life in the military and sheds light on issues impacting service members. That reputation is likely why Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger emailed him the day before the Tesla explosion in Las Vegas. Livelsberger asked Shoemate to help him connect with media outlets to share his concerns about drone warfare and alleged war crimes he’d witnessed in Afghanistan. In the email, Livelsberger said he believed federal agents were tracking him and mentioned having a VBIED (vehicle-borne explosive), a chilling preview of the tragedy that followed. Officials believe the email is legit and shows Livelsberger’s mental state unraveling before the tragic incident. Sources: Washington Post, @samosaur

🇺🇸 BREAKING BAD HOUSE FOR SALE: $4 MILLION FOR YOUR VERY OWN DRUG KINGPIN LAIR The Albuquerque home that hosted Walter White’s pizza toss is up for sale at just 12 times its actual value. Market price? $340K. Asking price? A cool $4 million. Because meth-cooking memories apparently come with a hefty markup. For years, fans turned the place into a circus—chucking pizzas on the roof and trying to cannonball into the backyard pool. The owners finally said, “We’re done.” Now it’s your chance to own TV history—or start your own Airbnb empire. Source: NBC News

🚨🇺🇸BIDEN ADMINISTRATION NOTIFIES CONGRESS OF $8B WEAPONS SALE TO ISRAEL The U.S. State Department has informed Congress of an $8 billion weapons sale to bolster Israel’s air defenses and munitions. The package includes Hellfire missiles, artillery shells, and bombs, with most deliveries taking up to several years. This adds to the $17.9 billion in U.S. military aid provided since the October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks. Critics raise concerns over Palestinian civilian casualties amid ongoing demonstrations and opposition in Congress. Source: CBS/AP

🚨RUSSIA STOPS TEEN BOMBERS IN YEKATERINBURG 4 teens, barely old enough for a learner’s permit, were caught by Russia’s FSB plotting to bomb a busy area in Yekaterinburg, a major city in the Ural Mountains. Think of it as Russia’s Chicago—big, important, and not where you want chaos. Authorities seized DIY bomb parts and linked 2 to an earlier police car arson. These kids, born in 2007-08, weren’t just playing with fire this time—they were tied to a banned extremist group. The FSB says the group fed them dangerous ideas, inspiring plans for mass violence and even an earlier police car arson. The teens had built bomb components, ready to target a crowded area. Instead of pulling off their misguided mission, they’re now facing serious criminal charges—and a lifetime ban from building anything. Source: Reuters

🚨🇨🇳HMP VIRUS OUTBREAK IN CHINA: "WINTER SURGE" OR SOMETHING MORE? Hospitals in northern China are packed as cases of human metapneumovirus (HMPV) surge, leaving parents scrambling for care in overcrowded pediatric wards. HMPV, the “cold’s sneaky cousin,” causes flu-like symptoms but can lead to pneumonia in kids, seniors, and the immunocompromised. No vaccine, no magic cure—just rest, fluids, and patience. China calls it “just a winter thing,” but emergency measures and new tracking programs suggest otherwise. The WHO hasn’t labeled this a global health emergency, but the surge has health authorities ramping up surveillance. Neighboring countries like Taiwan and Cambodia are watching closely. 🇺🇸 CALIFORNIA BANS VOTER ID—BECAUSE RULES ARE APPARENTLY “RACIST” While California just banned local voter ID laws, the rest of the world didn’t get the memo. Countries like France, Germany, Sweden, South Africa, India, Brazil, Japan, and Nigeria all require voter ID. Yes, even Bangladesh has figured this out. But in California? Showing ID to vote is a bridge too far. Maybe they should consult Botswana on how democracy works. Source: The IAC Project Pages

MEET HADES, THE NEW EEL FROM YOUR NIGHTMARES Scientists accidentally discovered a new moray eel, Uropterygius Hades, that hates sunlight and loves mud. Found in river mouths across Asia, this dark brown, burrow-happy eel uses smell and taste—not sight—to navigate. Why name it after the god of the underworld? Because it looks like it pays rent there. Also, it’s as dark and moody as a teenager who just discovered metal music. Thanks to DNA testing and its goth aesthetic, Hades now officially joins the ~230 species of moray eels. Good luck sleeping tonight. Source: Popular Science

Still, if anyone can pull off the ultimate space delivery, it’s NASA. Mars secrets? They’re coming home... we hope. Source: NASA
