ELON: D.O.G.E. WILL BE AN ATTACK ON THE MATRIX “I have discussed with Trump the idea of a government efficiency commission. I would be willing to be part of that commission.  The antibody reaction would be very strong. You're attacking the matrix at that point. The matrix will fight back.” Source: Lex Fridman Podcast, August 2024

🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: NY AMAZON STRIKE HITS JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS Amazon workers at Staten Island are saying, “Ho, ho, no,” walking off the job as part of a massive strike hitting multiple facilities. Thousands, including Teamsters union members, are demanding better pay and working conditions, with seven delivery hubs already caught in the chaos. Just what Jeff Bezos needed for Christmas, right? At midnight, even more workers from a unionized warehouse in New York are expected to join in. Guess Amazon’s holiday rush is looking more like a standstill. 🇺🇸GROK TO REVEAL CONGRESS’S DIRTY SECRETS Lawmakers love cramming unrelated provisions into thousand-page bills, leaving citizens in the dark. Grok is here to blow that wide open. Elon: "Grok will summarize these mammoth laws before they are passed by Congress, so you know what their real purpose is." Maybe now we won’t have to pass the bill to find out what’s in it. 🇺🇸NICOLE SHANAHAN: DEMOCRATS KEEP TRYING TO BLACKMAIL US "We see versions of this emotional blackmail all over America today, preying on our emotions and our vulnerabilities. We saw it this past week in Congress when the democrats held up disaster relief for hurricane victims and would only grant it if those funds were wrapped up with further measures for online censorship, bioweapons funding, and liability protections to companies that have hurt us." 🚨🇺🇸🇸🇾 U.S. SCRAPS $10M BOUNTY ON HTS LEADER U.S. officials informed Abu Mohammad al-Jolani, leader of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and Syria’s de facto power broker, that the $10 million bounty on his head is now off the table. Guess Jolani’s officially been downgraded from “most wanted” to “not worth it.” The State Department even deleted his wanted poster from its website—because nothing says “you’re free to go” like hitting the delete key. 🇺🇸 FRIEDBERG: THE FOUNDING FATHERS COMMITTED A CRUCIAL MISTAKE "The biggest mistake the founding fathers made was that they didn't create constitutional limits on spending and enrichment. This was because they had these deeply held philosophical beliefs that relied on the house of representatives to provide a check by the people. But in the federalist papers 10 and 51, James Madison emphasized that the structure of government was meant to ensure that both state and federal governments would limit each other's excesses, including their financial ones." 🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM ANNOUNCED AS NEXT SENATE BUDGET COMMITTEE CHAIR U.S. Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.) announced the Senate Republican Conference committee assignments for the 119th Congress. These assignments have been ratified by the Senate Republican Conference and are expected to be formally approved by the full Senate early next Congress. Sen. Lindsey Graham will lead the Senate Budget Committee, tasked with overseeing the reconciliation process and pushing key legislative priorities. Graham: “I am honored to have been elected Senate Budget Committee Chairman by the Republican conference. The Senate Budget Committee – through the reconciliation process – will aggressively push the most transformational border security bill in American history and revitalize our military. We’re going to give President Trump and his team the resources they need to finish the wall, put technology on the border to obtain operational control, hire more ICE agents to deport gang members and criminals, and create more detention space so we don’t have to release illegal immigrants into the country. We will make the Navy bigger and more lethal. We are going to do all of this in weeks, not months.”

🇺🇸FRIEDBERG: WE'VE LOST SIGHT OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S PURPOSE "The objective of the republic was to have the states make local decisions about how to take care of their infrastructure. It wasn't to have the federal government come in and employ people, provide insurance to people, provide energy markets to people, own football stadiums..." Source: @TheAllInPod, @Friedberg

Its superhuman rating is powered by immense compute resources, allowing it to test and refine solutions in ways humans simply can't. An incredible achievement, but not quite a level playing field—yet. Source: arcprize, @deedydas

🚨🇲🇾 MALAYSIA GREENLIGHTS ANOTHER SHOT AT FINDING MH370 Nearly a decade after MH370 vanished with 239 people on board, Malaysia has given Ocean Infinity another chance to do what years of searching couldn’t—find the plane. Armed with fresh data and plenty of optimism, the UK- and US-based firm will scour 5,800 square miles of the Indian Ocean. The deal? “No find, no fee.” If they hit the jackpot, Malaysia owes them $70 million. The search is expected to kick off in early 2025, during prime ocean-scouring season, January to April. Families, still desperate for answers, hope this isn’t just another wild goose chase. After all, some debris turned up years ago, but the mystery still has more twists than a Netflix docuseries. Fingers crossed this time someone actually finds something. Source: CBS

🇺🇸 STATEN ISLAND AMAZON STRIKE HEATS UP Amazon’s Staten Island warehouse (JFK8) just joined the Teamsters' biggest-ever strike, now spanning seven facilities in four states, with nearly 10,000 workers involved. Amazon says everything’s fine, but with arrests, picket lines, and thousands striking, things are looking messy. Source: Eyewitness News

🚨🇺🇸 CFPB SUES BIG BANKS OVER $870M ZELLE FRAUD SCANDAL The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is suing Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Zelle’s parent company, accusing them of turning Zelle into a “gold mine for fraudsters.” Over seven years, customers lost $870 million to scams—while many were told to chase down scammers themselves to recover their money. CFPB Director, Rohit Chopra: “The nation’s largest banks felt threatened by competing payment apps, so they rushed to put out Zelle. By their failing to put in place proper safeguards, Zelle became a gold mine for fraudsters, while often leaving victims to fend for themselves.” Zelle called the lawsuit “factually flawed,” while JPMorgan Chase has threatened to sue the CFPB back—because apparently no one likes being blamed for $870 million in customer losses. 🚨🇺🇸 SUV CRASHES INTO TEXAS BARBERSHOP, LEAVES CHAOS AND INJURIES When you think barbershops, you think fresh fades—not SUVs crashing through walls. Some inside ran for the door after a painter outside shouted a warning, but 25 people were still caught in the chaos. The 61-year-old driver, fresh from dialysis, may have had a medical emergency. Before turning the barbershop into a drive-thru, the SUV had already hit a church and several cars. The injured were taken to the hospital, and police are now investigating the situation. 🇺🇸BIDEN PLANS TO EMPTY DEATH ROW? Word is, Biden’s thinking about commuting the sentences of every single one of the 40 men on federal death row—including Boston Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Looks like Biden’s planning to put the brakes on Trump’s execution spree, which set a new bar for speed and efficiency during his first term. Critics, of course, are not thrilled. They argue this could completely ignore victims' families and open the door for accusations of undermining justice. Source: WSJ, @CollinRugg Media Source: CNN
