CANDACE OWENS FIRES BACK AT BEN SHAPIRO FOR PUBLICLY DISCUSSING FIRING Candace Owens' firing from The Daily Wire over her alleged "Christ is king" comment has escalated into a significant controversy. Today, Owens responded to Shapiro discussing her firing, accusing him of breaching their agreement not to discuss the issue publicly: "Ben—we agreed not to talk about this, but you are very much going on a public tour right now pretending not to talk about it, while you are very much talking about it. Would you like me to do the same?" Source: @CensoredMen, Candace Owens on X

🚨🇺🇸WHAT IF THE FBI QUESTIONS YOU ABOUT YOUR FACEBOOK POSTS? FBI whistleblower @KyleSeraphin: "You don't have to answer any questions. We're very accustomed to saying, 'Hey, let me just straighten this out. It must be a misunderstanding.' They're not coming in good faith. They're banging on your door, and you've committed no crime. And even if you have committed a crime, it's not going to help your experience by trying to explain it to them. Let the lawyer do that. So, create time and distance. It's the same thing you would do if you were being attacked physically. You need to create time and distance." Source: @BreannaMorello

🚨🇺🇸RAND PAUL: THE U.S GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT BE INVESTIGATING FACEBOOK POSTS Alarmed by the latest revelations that FBI agents spend all day, every day, doorstepping people for posting their opinions on Facebook, he wrote: “This should be a wake up call to Americans - is this what you want your government doing?” Source: @RandPaul

🚨🇺🇸SNOWDEN: FBI INVESTIGATING SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS IS NOT OK “So the FBI is now doorstopping ordinary Americans for criticizing the White House's Gaza policy online? "Every day, all day long?" Does this sound okay to you?” Source: @Snowden

🚨🇺🇸AFTER POSTING ON FACEBOOK, SHE GOT A VISIT FROM THE FBI Woman: “Facebook flagged me for posts?” FBI agent: “Facebook gave us a couple of screenshots of your account.” Woman: “So we no longer live in a free country, and we can’t say what we want? It’s kinda weird that you want to come and talk to me about me exercising my freedom of speech.” FBI agent: “We do this every day, all day long, talk to people. Really, it’s just an effort to keep everybody safe. Make sure that no-one has any ill will or bad intent, or anything like that.” Source: @HassanShibly

🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: FBI AGENT ADMITS TO RAIDING AMERICANS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS The agent in Oklahoma told a resident that they spend all day, every day, speaking to people about their Facebook posts. Meta's official policy is only to hand over user data in response to court orders, subpoenas, search warrants, or emergencies involving "imminent harm to a child or risk of death or serious physical injury to any person." The FBI agent's admission that Meta gives them posts to investigate is an alarming sign that the U.S has taken online censorship too far. Source: Reason

That number does not include gang members who have been killed as this violence continues to unfold. That report from the UN also lays out the fact that gangs are using sexual violence, collective rape against ordinary Haitian women as they continue to exert their power on the civilian population.” Source: ABC News

🚨🇺🇸 POWELL DOESN'T LIE FOR 70 SECONDS? Yellen/Biden….back off! He told the truth. In Jerome Powell's fireside chat, he displayed unexpected honesty and humility: he acknowledged the Federal Reserve's past overconfidence (in December), which many pundits argue was purely political and forced, and contemplated a return to a more neutral policy stance. "We just don't know… If, for some reason, inflation doesn't come down, we can hold rates where they are for longer. And that's what we'll do if inflation doesn't come down." This pivot comes amid debates over the Fed's confidence and the anticipation of a June rate cut - despite expert warnings that a cut is far off given the data has not gone their way, objectively. Why are markets still optimistic about a June rate cut? Juxtaposed with Christopher Waller's comments on Wednesday, clearly hinting that the Fed is no longer near the point of lowering rates, is this yet another face-saving walk-back of the December move, which many say was purely political? Is Powell, who repeatedly emphasizes his goal of a "politically neutral legacy," telling Yellen and Biden to back off? Source: Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco
