Either Gillerman misspoke, and meant to refer to Hamas, or he meant what he said. But... EVEN if he misspoke, he is conflating Palestinians with Hamas, and this is dangerous. Conflating the two makes is excusable to kill the 600,000 civilians, half of them under the age of 18, since you are labelling them all as Hamas. Rhetoric is important. One should condemn Hamas, but not condemn all Palestinian people.

This is to allow the US Military to rush missile defense systems in the region, including for U.S. troops serving in Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, to protect them from missiles and rockets as we've seen over the past few days. This delay is expected to last til next week, however the invasion still looks inevitable.
