🚨🚨BREAKING: MEDIA REPORTS OF IRANIAN LINKS IN ISRAELI/HAMAS WAR | NO CONFIRMATION Open support of Hamas from Iran was expected, but it appears that Western media reporting on the links is not yet confirmed (unsurprisingly). If Iran confirms ANY involvement, this will be an extraordinary escalation, and the media reports should. be taken extremely seriously. HOWEVER, the statement shared by official Iranian news was: "We congratulate the Palestinian fighters," the Advisor and Senior Aide for Armed Forces affairs to Iran’s Supreme Leader Yahya Rahim Safavi said. "We will stand by the Palestinian fighters until the liberation of Palestine and Jerusalem." At this moment in time, there is no evidence of direct or indirect support from Iran for Hamas. HOWEVER, things could change at any time as rhetorics by Iran and Hezbollah escalate. The long standing relations between Hamas and Lebanon's Hezbollah are well known. Analysts say the possibility of an indirect link to the Israel/Palestinian conflict will be VERY REAL if Hezbollah joins the fighting. Further updates will follow below as events continue to unfold.
