AOC JUSTIFYING LOOTERS? So, AOC talks about folks shoplifting out of desperation, right? I sympathize with that. Times are getting tougher, and sometimes you must do things you don't like to feed your family. But then you hear about this event at an Apple Store in Philly. A group rushes in and swipes many iPhone 15s, hoping to keep or sell them for a quick profit. This brilliant crew really didn't think that these iPhones would be tracked? Shortly after, Apple remotely disables all the devices, rendering them useless. How do the looters react? They smash up all the iPhones they'd just stolen. And the best part? They live-streamed themselves to their 180,000 followers for everyone to see, encouraging them also to loot. You really can't make this stuff up! One of the girls who was caught said, "I just prefer, you know, never loot again, stay out of trouble, never go to jail.” Hopefully, she learned her lesson. Smooth out legal immigration and stop the flow." Legal immigration plays a KEY ROLE in our economy and GDP. I agree with Elon. We need to fix these conditions so that people entering the country can do so legally and in a manner that allows them to succeed when they get here. What's the best solution to control the record number of migrants crossing the border?

MY THOUGHTS: This is a terrible story, but I urge people to avoid using such anecdotal examples to paint migrants in a broad brush. Most migrants are good people looking for a better future. Does that mean we don’t have a migrant problem in the U.S? No. But this doesn’t mean most migrants are criminals. We should focus on the problem, illegal immigration, without unfairly sensationalizing and generalizing. Do you disagree?

ANTISEMITISM IN THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM Elon also cautioned around the antisemitic sentiment within the far left, especially "elite high schools and colleges." He cautioned this to be a "serious concern," and refers to claims by some in that community who believe Mossad were behind 9/11, also calling for the State of Israel not to exist, which he agreed is 'crazy'.
