BREAKING: TWO JAN 6 MEN GET 32 YEARS COMBINED A federal judge has handed a 15 year sentence in the Jan 6 Proud Boys seditious conspiracy case to Zach Rehl from Philadelphia. Also Joe Biggs, a Proud Boys leader, was sentenced to 17 years in federal prison for seditious conspiracy. Prosecutors said he had "served as an instigator and leader" during the Jan. 6 attack on the US Capitol. ARE THESE SENTENCES FAIR?

BREAKING: NEW JAN 6 CHARGES | BLM V.S JAN 6 CHARGE #1: The Infamous Tunnel Case The courts have unsealed new Jan 6 "tunnel" case files, relating to alleged deliberate attacks against the police. Nathan Hughes, a “Stop the Steal” activist, is now accused of 'signaling to direct the mob into the tunnel confrontation against the police.' If convicted Hughes could face up to 15 years imprisonment. The January 6 tunnel incident refers to clashes between protesters and police officers in a tunnel beneath the West Terrace. The clashes lasted a few hours and involved officers allegedly beaten with flagpoles, fists, and other objects, with some getting sprayed with pepper spray. One officer, Michael Fanone, was said to have been dragged into the tunnel by protesters and had his gun taken from him. It is claimed he suffered a traumatic brain injury and PTSD. CHARGE #2: Police Hat & Jacket Federal prosecutors also want a 33-month prison term for Darrell Neely, arguing he "brazenly stole a US Capitol Police baseball hat & jacket. " The charge sheet further claims Neely absconded and was a fugitive briefly during the case and bragged that Jan 6 was “wonderful.” BLM VS JAN 6 SENTENCES: The longest jail term for convictions in the BLM riots was 7 years handed to Richard Rubalcava, a 28-year-old for arson on a store. In stark contrast the jail terms appear to be longer for those convicted in the Jan 6 Capitol riots. For example, for Jessica Watkins prosecutors are seeking a sentence of 50 years and Donovan Crowl is facing 45 years. Will there be justice in the case of J6 protesters? Do some deserve jail time?

BREAKING: Meta Uncovers Global Chinese Disinformation Campaign | Involves X/Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Medium & Tumblr. Meta uncovered a large Chinese disinformation campaign, calling it the “largest known cross-platform covert influence operation in the world.” The network focused on spreading positive news about China and criticizing journalists, activists and the U.S. The network also attempted to spread disinformation about the origins of Covid, according to Meta. One headline relating to Covid, "Great clue! Suspicious U.S. seafood received before the outbreak at Huanan Seafood Market" was spread in 8 different languages. Platforms used in the disinformation campaign included Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, Medium and Tumblr. The company removed 7,704 Facebook accounts, 954 pages, and 30 other groups and Instagram accounts for policy violations. The China-based campaign targeted multiple countries, including Taiwan, the U.S, and the U.K., according to Meta's report. The company has taken action to dismantle the network on its own platforms, describing it as the most extensive operation of its kind ever uncovered. THOUGHTS?

His decision came after an article alleged that Soros-supported NGOs were sharing misleading data about increasing "hate incidents" to advocate for tighter restrictions on free speech. MUSK TAKES A STAND The move comes as part of Musk's broader effort to combat what he calls a growing crackdown on free speech, particularly within online platforms. Musk has accused the NGO of advocating measures that he believes curb open discourse. He has not yet filed a formal lawsuit, but his comments have fueled speculation about the potential legal battle ahead: “We will be initiating legal steps to address this. Eagerly anticipating the discovery phase!” The contentious article implied that NGOs with Soros's financial backing are advocating for heightened censorship measures in Ireland and Scotland, even going as far as recommending police inspections of residences and electronic devices MUSK -V- SOROS Back in May, Musk likened Soros to Marvel's villain Magneto. No one wants to see photos of naked children, or videos of heads getting chopped. At the same time, abusing those powers and censoring different opinions is a dangerous slippery slope And at the moment, we’re heavily leaning towards too much censorship. So, what’s the solution? DECENTRALIZING CENSORSHIP. One perfect example of this is community notes. Allow people to post their opinion, even if it’s considering misinformation, and allow others to make the correction. Now, re Soros, he’s probably not the devil as many people make him out to be, but he’s definitely heading down a path me and most people strongly disagree with. It’s good to finally see someone with the capability to stand up to him actually take action. Is Soros an enemy of free speech or is he misunderstood?
