The governor of Belgorod says that there have been no new cross-border incursions today.
I said before that attacks on Russian territory are a red line for Putin, and I am worried we could be crossing this line.
This comes days after the West hinted at supplying Ukraine with F-16s, another red line being crossed a year after NATO said they "have not provided Ukraine with fighter jets, and we do not plan to do so".
