Satellite imagery shows 3 enormous arms of antenna masts, each roughly 500 meters long, under construction in Russia's Kaliningrad exclave between Poland and Lithuania. The complex appears to be an over-the-horizon radar, potentially capable of detecting aircraft, warships and missiles from 550-2,000 miles away, depending on its final specifications. Kaliningrad is already a heavily militarized Russian outpost and a major source of GPS interference across northeastern Europe.
